Gentle Monster Premieres at the 79th Festival de Cannes

Gentle Monster, directed by Marie Kreutzer, tells the story of Lucy, who moves her family to the countryside to help her husband recover from burnout. But their fresh start is shattered when police arrive with disturbing news. Alone and isolated, she struggles to protect her son while confronting fears about the man she loves and what he may be hiding.

This film stars Léa Seydoux, Jella Haase, Laurence Rupp, and Catherine Deneuve. It was a heavy and highly anticipated film that did not disappoint. It is also in talks of factoring into the Best International Feature Oscar competition.
