While The Hangover is primarily considered to be a comedy, it certainly has several strong gambling scenes and we had to put it on this list. It takes second place with a $467.5 million box office take. It basically tells the story of four friends who have decided to visit Las Vegas for a bachelor party. Although you can make potential conclusions on what has happened there, none will be even close to what actually occurred in the movie.

1 – Casino Royale

The top spot is reserved for the most remarkable gambling movie ever (at least in our eyes). If we lie, the numbers don’t. This is the biggest Hollywood gambling movie ever with a $599 million box office take. Those who have, for whatever reason, not watched the film that tells the story of James Bond’s attempts to beat Le Chiffre (a financier of well-known terrorist organizations), should really consider doing so.
