The 5th Nostradamus report about the near future of the screen industries was presented February 2 during Göteborg Film Festival and takes on the topics of whether the film industry as we know it will survive, and what European film makers, financiers and exhibitors need to do to compete with the global majors and remain a cultural force. The presentation of the report by media analyst Johanna Koljonen was followed by a discussion with Edith Sepp, CEO, Estonian Film Institute; Marike Muselaers, Co-CEO, Lumière Group; Thomas Gammeltoft, CEO, Copenhagen Film Fund and Wendy Mitchell, journalist.
