55th Annual GRAMMY Awards Winners List

The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards hosted by two-time GRAMMY winner LL COOL J was held at STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, California, Sunday, February 10, 2013 and aired live on CBS Television Network 8:00pm ET. Presented by The Recording Academy, produced by John Cossette Productions and AEG Ehrlich Ventures, GRAMMY Awards honor musical excellence in the recording arts and sciences to artists and technical professionals of 2012. Presenters were Beyoncé, Hunter Hayes, singer/actor Jennifer Lopez, actor Pauley Perrette, seven-time GRAMMY winner Prince, and many others. Two GRAMMYs went to FUN for Song of the Year and Best New Artist; MUMFORD & SONS for Album of the Year and Best Long Form Music Video; SKRILLEX for Best Dance Recording and Best Dance/Electronica Album; and THE BLACK KEYS for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Album.

This year’s GRAMMY Awards paid a special tribute to American musician Levon Helm (1940 - 2012) of The Band with an all-star musical performance by Zac Brown, Brittany Howard, Mumford & Sons, Elton John, and Mavis Staples. Additional performances included The B-52's, Estelle, Arturo Sandoval, Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Sting, and Kelly Clarkson.
