Glamrock City aka Art et Décès Production NotesCODEX Glamrock City is a film about love to the madness. The vision of the world decadence in which decomposition is its normal state with all forces. People living in this world are trying desperately to reinvigorate the semblance of life, to forget that they are already dead. Paris is the scene of the struggle for existence. Paris, capital of dreamers, artists, lovers and thieves. City of smoke and mirrors, lures and traps where myths are made for reality. Throughout history and myths, Paris has always been the theater of passionate loves and tragedies, both increases and decreases of great illusion. Art & Death adds a note of this play incessant blood and thunder, with the excesses and abuses. Story of a vicious circle, the breakup of the madness in love, and slapping kisses back ... A road movie on a highway to hell. From Romantism, bridges, amazing palaces and bucolic gardens Up to narrow streets and shady boulevards invaded by decadence, there is only one step and a lot of quicksands. ______________________________________________ The ROAD MOVIE
Art and Death can be considered as a road movie. There is a car, a taxi, and a route through the streets of Paris where the taxi driven in a circle without end, without real purpose. In the road movie, the spiritual journey of the character is played by the road and it knocks down barriers to achieve the next step and stop. In Art and Death, the road leads nowhere, and people wander and get lost trying to find their way and go somewhere. Having finally realized that they can never return home because they have no home, or to achieve their goal, because if there is no starting point, it can not exist for a destination __________________________________________________________________________ VIOLENCE
Violence in Art and Death is primarily symbolic. Violence of feelings, emotions. Insufficiency in the world, the inability to communicate. The tension grows to a point where people can do nothing, only the release in an explosion of physical violence. They can not express in words as they are based on non-verbal means. Destruction of self and others. Violence becomes a means of communication in the feelings and actions. _________________________________________________________ Death If Bacon brought his subjects to a deadly destination because he was able to articulate within their death. Through art, the relationship between life and death undergoes a radical change. The reality of death does not exist in the art. In the work of Bacon in the 40's and 50's, tries in nihilism and atheism, God is dead and it is Marx. Mankind is a parody and there is no hope of redemption. The 20th century appears to be one of the worst in humanity. The art has been haunted by its heritage, and in a strange situationist paradox, photographs of massacres today can be considered as true works of art. ______________________________________________ Love Love is a twisted feeling, beautiful, raw and brutal. Without love you would not be alive. But love does not come without pain. In the film, love and pain play an important role in the lives of our characters. Sometimes when people meet for the first time, they are able to know they need to be together. It is love at first sight. But the relationship itself must be built step by step, piece by piece, every day, every moment spent together will make it strong and passionate. Two young girls from different backgrounds. They love each other for various reasons, SOPHIE is in search of love she never had as a child. Maria is a narcissist, love is just consumption and a means to artistic inspiration and recognition ______________________________________________

Director's Note The idea for this film was just improvising on a given topic without reflection on the issues: Women rule, they are parasitized by men who want to finally do that well. The logical reaction to parasites is the death of another. Misunderstanding or need for a better world. Freedom game punctuated by a lack of resources gives the film a particular flavor, strange, errors that may pass for engineering with the help of the expected misunderstanding, and actresses who are tapping into their imagination and suggest solutions to problems that ultimately did not exist; This blurring of art, including us directors, has led us, despite ourselves, in a story where women are mistresses of their fatal destinies. The opposite would have been politically incorrect. It is therefore very fortunate that our film was completed without a script in advance. ______________________________________________________________ The Main Characters
