Omaxe in NOIDA
Omaxe has announced to construct Luxury houses and penthouses in sector 93-B at NOIDA Expressway. The project named “The Forest Spa” shall be constructed in an area of 325 crore. Liander sports Pvt. Ltd shall construct Tennis court and Fitness centre in this complex and Thai privilege spa shall construct spa centre here. The penthouses constructed in an area of 6100,7175 and 8100 sq. ft. shall cost Rs. 4.33 to 5.75 crore and the apartments constructed in an area of 2500 to 4150 sq. ft. shall cost Rs.2.00 to 3.00 crore.
