Irregular Seasoning

Irregular Seasoning is loosely inspired by the life of the French Marchioness de Brinvilliers (1630-1676). The Marchioness is a depressed woman of the French aristocracy who leads a dull life in her castle, dominated by her husband, an "important" man, her small daughter and the servants. Attempting to end her days with rat poison, she resolves to test it on one of her maids. Rather sucessfully. She discovers a passion for poisoning, and she considers it an art. One by one, she kills her husband, her daughter and the greater part of the well-bred people that come around for a visit. She finds her life’s purpose, yet her life ends with her being burned at the stake. In her finest garments, she happily meets her end having finally done something with her life. But even the Marquise knows, all good things must come to an end.

Vanishing

Housing estate. 35-year-old Iwona takes care of the house during her husband’s absence. She tries to make up with her son Michal and at night spends her time all alone. One day, Michal doesn’t come back home for the night. None of his friends now where he is. The husband doesn’t answer the phone.

Billy smokes into his glass of whiskey. He is enjoying his evening. His nephew Dumpy is reading a joke book. Billy wants to listen too. Dumpy obliges. As Dumpy narrates the jokes, Billy laughs and laughs creating different types of weired laughters. His nephew eventually leaves the place as Billy gets wild!.

Born off the back of the "credit crunch" Imagining Love is an ambient short film which works as a puzzle between 4 very different characters, each of them offering up ideas of imagination, false reality, escape from modern day pressures, and love.

Dance With Me

Alice and Neil should be having the perfect holiday in their summer house in the country, she working with her dancers in the conservatory and he sipping on his tea by the lake, watching the amazing sky. Except it's not really a holiday, Neil is on a year's leave from work, pending further tests in his mysterious condition, and Alice, well she has her own problems. But is Neil's 'plan' really the solution?
