23rd Ankara International Film Festival winners are announced with a closing ceremony at MEB Sura in Ankara. ‘Ecotopia’ by Yüksel Aksu was crowned with the ‘Best Film Award’ in National Feature Film Competition category.
The jurors, Prof. Sami Sekeroğlu, Osman Şahin, Çiğdem Vitrinel, Cüneyt Cebenoyan and Doğan Sarıgüzel also determined the winners of the following categories;
