Off Plus Camera Film Festival is constantly expanding its horizons and working hard on many novelties. This 4th year of the festival, The International Federation of Film Critics will award its prestigious accolade - FIPRESCI.
The International Federation of Film Critics ( Fédération Internationale de la Presse Cinématographique) is an association of professional film critics from all over the world. The Federation took shape in Paris on June 6th 1930. The main aim of the association is to promote ambitious cinema. It also takes into account issues such as journalism ethics and other activities leading to the development of a creative and debate inducing film critique.
