The Mission of the Flickers North Country Film Festival is to enhance the economic development of the North Country region through the presentation of an internationally recognized arts event and the promotion of a culture exchange on a national and international level. Creating a confluence of art and commerce, the Festival brings together world-class celebrities, award-winning filmmakers, new talent and audience members.
The Festival’s goal is to educate the public about the historical achievements and artistic expressions of related global cultures while developing and encourage an appreciation for the film arts.
The Flickers North Country Film Festival (FNCFF) is a community-based, non-profit event, under the banner of the FLICKERS Arts Collaborative, its creator.
