The Future
of Cinema Salon in Cannes gave a toast to Future of Festivals
Filmfestivals.com and Xomo gathered 100 festival directors
attending Cannes for a wine tasting reception.

The official Jury of this 63rd Festival de Cannes, presided over by Tim Burton, revealed this evening the prizes winners during the closing Ceremony.
Kristin Scott Thomas hosted Charlotte Gainsbourg on the stage of the Grand Théâtre Lumière to award the Palme d’or to the best film among the 19 in Competition.
Julie Bertuccelli’s closing film The Tree starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Marton Csokas et Morgana Davies, was screened at the end of the ceremony.

PHILADELPHIA FILM FESTIVAL SETS NEW RECORD OF 65,000 ATTENDANCE AND 90 SELL-OUTS The 2005 Philadelphia Film Festival ended its 14-day celebration of cinema by posting an attendance record of 65,101, beating last year’s record of 61,000.
