Canadian feature Incendies by Denis Villeneuve has won the UPC Audience Award at the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2011. Fourteen films have been selected for IFFR’s VPRO Tiger Awards Competition 2009. The line up features first or second films from all continents, and includes eight world premieres concurring for three equal top prizes of each 15,000 euro.
