Après de nombreuses années de silence, le rôle des femmes dans le cinéma émerge peu à peu. Elles sont nombreuses aujourd'hui à apporter leur " regard", à transformer le cinéma de l'intérieur en intervenant à différents niveaux de la création. Il y a de plus en plus de réalisatrices, d'auteures, de femmes qui travaillent dans la production, dans les secteurs techniques...
Óscar Fernández Orengo, photographe spécialisé dans les portraits de cinéastes grâce à ses voyages à travers le monde, braque son objectif sur ces visages, ces femmes qui œuvrent derrière la caméra et nous propose de nous en approcher sans artifice, avec son habituel sens de la composition. Il s'agit de mettre en lumière, de donner voix et visibilité à plusieurs générations qui bousculent les codes d'un secteur très masculinisé.
Parmi ces portraits, nous retrouvons Isa Campo, Carla Simón, Carlota Pereda, Neus Ballús, ou encore Clara Roquet, des personnalités qui sont déjà venues au Festival ou qui seront présentes lors de cette prochaine édition. Une exposition à découvrir à l'Espace Cosmopolis, du 23 mars au 2 avril.
