The 10th Annual Valley Film Festival presents a series of three narrative feature films. Film
We accept shorts of
lengths, styles and genres, including DOCUMENTARY shorts and ANIMATED
films. Films can also be shot in any format or media as long as the
submitted format is on DVD, in which we ultimately screen from. We try
to put as few limits on the filmmakers as possible. Films shot by locals
or shot around SF Bay area is a plus, but not required. Time limit:
Under 30 minutes in length.

The Diablo Valley FIlm Festival celebrates the independent spirit of cinema. The festival offers a screening venue for upcoming and established filmmakers from around the globe. The festival presents all genres of films including narrative features, shorts, music videos and documentaries with an emphasis on innovative storytelling, creative technical expertise and experimental approach.
Centered in historic downtown Martinez, California, DVFF is in its inaugural year and has discovered an enthusiastic audience for independent cinema in the surrounding community.
Exhibiting filmmakers receive All-Access Passes which provide access to all films, parties, and workshops during the festival. Filmmakers are also encouraged to partake in post screening Q & A sessions with audiences to discuss production aspects, behind the scenes, and filmmaking processes.
