![]() New Italian film taking a twist on the "selfie" with star studded cast will be sold at AFM 2014 by Little Studio Films.Little Studio Films has announced the worldwide distribution representation of WAX: WE ARE THE X, Italian director Lorenzo Corvino ‘s debut feature and will be showing it at the AFM 2014 and film festivals throughout the world. Wax: We Are the X is a unique film that takes viewers on an adventure that is shot entirely in a POV perspective using various devices. The action begins when a mysterious video is given to reporters detailing a road trip to the Riviera of three friends, which ended in an accident. The found footage story is not exploited for horror and gore but exposes the plague of the search of acceptance via social media and dependence of our society to our cell phones and all electronic means to document lives. Starring “The Big Blue” Jean Marc Barr whose last movie SUR was a crowd pleaser at Sundance Film Festival and German actor Rutger Hauer of “Blade Runner” fame, the film was shot in three languages and in several locations on the French Riviera. 31.10.2014 | Little Studio Films's blog Cat. : Cinema Italian Style little studio films Hollywood
