Flying Broom Women_s Film Festival
Flying Broom International Women’s Film Festival has been organized since 1998 with the belief that cinema has an impact on the promotion of gender sensitivity. The main purpose of the festival is to use the effective narrative of the cinema to make women and their problems more visible and to create yet another milieu to further the discussions on gender and gender discrimination as well as encouraging the role of women in the world of cinema. Flying Broom is now arranging the 17th film festival, which will be held on 8-15 May 2014.

Call For Submissions 16th Flying Broom International Women's Film Festival
Flying Broom International Women's Film Festival is getting ready to celebrate its 16th edition between May 9th - 16th, 2013.
Feature films, documentaries, short and animation films produced in 2012-2013 can be submitted to the festival.
The films have to be produced by at least one female director.
Please send the preview DVD screener of your film and completed application form to the following adress.
The submission deadline is on March 1st, 2013
