Born in Cork, Ireland Cashell Horgan is a an award-winning filmmaker and artist. His recent fantasy/art-house short film The Clockmaker's Dream has won 22 awards internationally.
I have been over ten times to Fantasporto and had never seen that irish pub he found for us, neither did Helena who has lived in Porto for 25 years, and works for the festival.
