David Lynch’s MULHOLLAND DRIVE closes Film Noir au Canal’s 4th edition! To close its successful 4th edition, Film Noir au Canal is proud to present the enigmatic Mulholland Drive (2001) by famed American director David Lynch. Starting at 7 p.m., cinephiles are invited to visit the Square Saint-Patrick’s urban setting for this final act of the season. This will be an opportunity for the public to discover the terrific trombonist Modibo Keita, who will set the tone for the evening. At nightfall, three partners in crime will present the film: critics Manon Dumais and Martin Bilodeau, with film noir specialist Will Straw.
At 8:20 p.m., Mulholland Drive will be presented in English, with French subtitles. Don’t forget your chairs and blankets! Admission is free; any voluntary contribution will be gladly accepted.
