At the halfway point of the festival, it's going to get exciting once again today! First, young documentary filmmakers will be honoured at the FFF Talent Award Documentary Film and the megaherz Student Award. On Sunday evening, the winners of our three main awards, the VIKTOR Main Competition DOK.international, VIKTOR DOK.deutsch, VIKTOR DOK.horizonte, will be presented. All award ceremonies will take place in the presence of the jury, prize donors and prize winners. We also invite you to another DOK.live film talk. And we offer you our festival pass for the last 10 days at a reduced price as part of our Late Bird promotion!

The new generation in the documentary film industry: The FFF Talent Award Documentary Film  honours films of young documentary filmmakers and the megaherz Student Award honours outstanding documentaries by students from our German-speaking partner film schools. Representatives of the juries, prize donors and prize winners will be present at the award ceremony.

In the main competition for the VIKTOR Main Competition DOK.international you will see films that cover a broad spectrum of content and form and are distinguished by their high artistic quality.

The VIKTOR DOK.deutsch competition presents films that deal with people and events in German-speaking countries.
