NETWORKING PAVILION

Meet other participants in the Networking Pavilion with 180 online tables for video discussions on preset topics or schedule your own meet-ups.

The 1st floor is the Lobby, a place to bump into friends and connect with others in-between sessions, meetings and screenings. Tables on the 2nd thru 8th floors have assigned topics. Drop into conversations to connect with others interested in specific topics or from locations around the world or for post-session follow-up discussions. Tables on the 9th & 10th floor are open for meetings at any time – just take a seat and tell a colleague where to find you.

Tables on the 9th & 10th floor may also be reserved for one-hour meet-ups. If you would like to schedule your own meet-up, follow these guidelines:

  • The time requested must begin on the hour between 7:00AM and 8:00PM PST.
  • Send your request at least 12 hours in advance to networking@ifta-online.org.
  • Provide a table name – 20 characters maximum.
  • Table names may be a discussion topic, your name, or the name of a non-profit organization. They cannot be a company name or the title of a film.
  • If we have a table available, we will confirm by email with your assigned floor and table number.
  • Your table name will be added about 5 minutes before your reserved time and removed at the end of the hour.

Be sure to promote your meet-up via MyAFM and Social Media.
