David Pope is the CEO of the New Producers Alliance, the UK national membership organisation for producers, directors and screenwriters and an international training provider. David’s key responsibilities are strategic development and designing training provision and he previously held the position of Director of Education at The New York Film Academy UK.

David is also the director of the production company advance with whom he has a slate of feature film projects in development some as producer and some as writer / director.

David directed the award winning feature film MILES FOM NOWHERE on the road between New York and Las Vegas.

David has worked as a training consultant on curriculum and faculty development for The Irish Film Academy, The Metropolitan Film School, London Film Academy and City University.
